Tine Simon

HEAD OF OFFICE / PARTNER

Tine has worked as an architect for RH ARKITEKTER for over a decade, starting off by working on several Life Science projects. In 2018, she became a partner in the firm. Her extensive knowledge and experience gives her a great understanding of the daily challenges that employees face, and of the needs of the customers as a whole. Tine has assumed the role of Head of Office, where she passes on her valuable experience and knowledge to her colleagues. She is excited to motivate and support them to attain their full potential.

As the person responsible for HR and staffing, Tine knows the strengths and abilities of each employee. This helps her to create a diverse and talented group of specialists, which is essential to the success of any project.

Especially in the wake of the pandemic, many individuals have come to appreciate the significance of Life Science. It inspires me to see how the physical infrastructure we build contributes to research and ultimately society. We collaborate with some of Denmark's and perhaps the world's top researchers, and it is meaningful that we can offer them a functional and visually pleasing environment to conduct the crucial research that is required for the betterment of society.
